  1. Thanks for this Chrys. Obviously, the scottish government do not have regard for human rights following the judgement of the English court on named person act. The mental health charities like SAMH and VOX will not challenge the government in a court in order to obtain a single human right for a sectioned person unlike the children's charities who won in court. Yet that is what they are paid to do. Yet they shut us out and tell anyone who asks that the victims are happy with no human rights or even that human rights are not to be discussed. They are paid to represent us yet only represent those who make money out of this scam. No wonder the drugs company is moving in to scotland.
