seeds of hope at #seeme14

I woke up this morning to an Email from a fellow Scottish survivor activist, about our anti-stigma campaign re-founding event on Thursday/Friday in Dunblane and my response included these words: "seeds of hope".

The seeds were in the grassroots, the stories of psychiatric survivors who were given the title of "people with lived experience".  And, despite the bullying, patronising and silencing from some high heid yins, there were signs of potential in new shoots that have been grafted in.  Also in some of the old wood.

But there is still much pruning to be done and fertiliser added.  (and I'm not talking b*****it)
